How our agent onboarding and administrative verification works from start to payout.
Fill out the agent application with your full legal name, Safaricom M-Pesa phone number, National ID number, and target coverage location (e.g. Kasarani, Roysambu, Westlands, Ruaka).
Our administrative security team reviews your credentials and area allocation within 24–48 hours. Once verified, you are issued your unique Agent Code (e.g., RF-OB-XXXX).
Log in to your dedicated Onboarding Agent Dashboard. Introduce landlords, have them enter your code under "Promote an Agent", track building units, and request M-Pesa payouts!
