1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RentFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RentFlow for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on RentFlow
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

3. User Accounts

If you create an account on RentFlow, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Landlord Responsibilities

Landlords agree to:

• Provide accurate property information and photos
• Comply with all local housing laws and regulations
• Conduct proper tenant screening and verification
• Maintain properties in safe and habitable condition
• Provide receipts for all rental payments received
• Not engage in discriminatory practices

5. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and identification information
• Pay rent on time as agreed
• Maintain properties in good condition
• Respect landlord and neighboring tenants
• Follow all house rules and regulations

6. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made through authorized payment methods on the platform. We process payments via M-Pesa. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to process your payments. Landlords are responsible for retaining receipts and payment documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

RentFlow is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentFlow and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or cost arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of RentFlow shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration or the appropriate courts in Kenya.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
