Functions you will be able to do once enabled:
Automated prompt sent straight to your Safaricom phone — simply enter your M-Pesa PIN with zero manual typing of Paybill or Account numbers.
Pay rent directly using your accumulated wallet balance with zero delay, instant receipting, and lower transaction fees.
Collected rent clears instantly into landlord accounts via registered M-Pesa or automated commercial bank transfers.
Instant tamper-proof receipt generation with unique receipt numbers, downloadable copies, and real-time SMS confirmations.
Upon cleared payment, occupancy records and next month's due dates are automatically updated across tenant and landlord dashboards.
