Delete your RentFlow account
This page explains what happens when you delete your account, and lets you do it.
What we delete
- Your name, email, phone number and profile photo
- Your password and passkey PIN
- ID documents and KYC details you uploaded
- Your posts, stories, comments, likes and follows
- Your chat messages (they show as "[deleted]")
- Saved notifications, push subscriptions and signed-in devices
- Your listings are hidden from the public
What we must keep
- Payment and wallet records (amounts, dates, receipts) that other people and the law rely on. They are no longer linked to your name.
- Security logs needed to investigate fraud.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. You can register again later with the same email or phone number, but nothing will be restored.
To delete your account, sign in first.
